But there is an important nuance - the ingredients should be original, this determines the taste of the dish. Fortunately, in our time, they are all available in large supermarkets and even in shop stalls. As for the Parma ham, this kind of pistachto is made from pigs that are grown in the vicinity of Parma. They are fed with whey, which remains from the Parmesan cheese. And after, the pork ham is salted and then it's dried for at least 10 months. Often Parma ham is served with a melon, as it is not surprising, but these two products perfectly match with each other.
Ingredients:- Prosciutto slices 100 g
- Parmesan cheese 30 g
- Mozzarella cheese 50g
- Romaine lettuce 100 g
- Orange 1 pc.
- Almonds 20 g
- Peppermint fresh 5 g

- Step 1 For such a salad, take: prosciutto, lettuce leaves (any greens: lettuce, arugula), orange, mozzarella, almonds, parmesan cheese, a couple of fresh mint sprigs, cold pressed olive oil, salt and pepper.
