Pancakes made from beef liver By-products are no less nutritious and useful than meat, and by some indicators even surpass it. Prepare from them, basically, the second dishes. The pancakes offered by me from the liver and rice will help to diversify the dining table. The liver is better to take beef, but you can also pork. And when serving pancakes to the table, as a side dish, you need to take something vegetable. It is very suitable, for example, stewed cabbage.
Ingredients:- Beef liver 1000g
- Long grain rice 200 g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 6 tbsp. l.
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Step 1 To make pancakes, take beef liver, onions, eggs, rice, wheat flour (1 tablespoon with a slide), vegetable oil, ground black pepper and salt.
- Step 2 Rinse, periodically changing the water until the liquid is completely clear, and then boil in large amounts of water. Decoction to decay, and rice to cool.
- Step 3 Bulbs clean and cut into quarters.
- Step 4 Wash the liver, dry it and, along with the onion, pass through the fine grill of the meat grinder.
- Step 5 In the mince add rice, flour, eggs, pepper and salt.
- Step 6 Mix the mixture thoroughly until smooth.
- Step 7 Spread a tablespoon of fritters in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil and fry on both sides. Hot pancakes to serve with a vegetable garnish.
