Snack "on one bite" This dish is prepared quickly, a minumum of products - and as a result we get an unusual, tasty and beautiful hot snack that can be served both at the festive table and at the ordinary everyday meal! And to make quail eggs in champignons in the shortest possible time - a microwave oven comes to our aid!
Ingredients:- Mushrooms champignons 150 g
- Eggs quail 6 pcs.
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Salt 0.3 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare quail eggs, baked in champignon caps, we need half the onions, quail eggs, mushrooms, olive oil, salt and black freshly ground pepper.
- Step 2 Mushrooms thoroughly washing, cut off the legs and take out a teaspoon of the pulp from the hats, this must be done very carefully, not pressing the hats themselves hard, so as not to damage them. The legs of mushrooms and carved pulp are crushed.
