Cook the liver in salt water for 10 minutes. Cook 2 eggs. Carrots and onions should be cleaned and cut into small pieces. Onions and carrots pass through a meat grinder and fry this mass in cream or vegetable oil. 3. Cool the liver to cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder and add the liver mince in a frying pan with vegetables. On a small fire, fry a little liver. Put the whole mass out of the frying pan in a large bowl and add two raw eggs. Put salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix the whole mass well. 4. On the table, lay a large sheet of foil. Put on our list of minced meat and level with a thin layer with a spoon. A packet of frozen butter is grated over the entire surface of the ground meat. Cook the boiled eggs and lay them on the edge of the ground meat. Raise one edge of the foil, where the eggs lay and carefully wrap our mince in a roll.
