Bring 12 cups of cold water and 2 tablespoons of salt to a boil. Add 2 to 4 lobsters in a saucepan, cover and cook for 18 minutes. Remove and repeat with the remaining lobsters. Allow to cool slightly for 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Season with salt, then pour into a large dish and keep warm. Place 1 lobster on the chopping board. Peel and slice. Repeat with the remaining lobsters. Lay the slices of lobster in a dish, serve with butter and slices of lemon.
