Lots of ways to make your life better

1. Systematize your life. Create a file cabinet and use it constantly. If you do not have a drawer with files, use a conventional box. Fill out the card or file for everything that is in the sphere of your interests. It can be ordinary school subjects, best friends and girlfriends, relatives and acquaintances, just buddies, shopping, plans for the future and much more. Things also need to be stored in a specific system.

Congratulations on your birthday, memorabilia, letters, shop checks - do not throw anywhere that you may need in the future.

Put them in a pre-designated place, as soon as they are in your hands. Only in this case you will be able to avoid cluttering in the room, and you will have a much better chance of finding a warranty card on the tape recorder if it broke before the warranty period expired. At least once a year, check your card index and get rid of files or cards that are no longer needed.

2. Think of a certain ritual that will help your head tune in to accomplish a certain task, for example, lessons. Such a ritual can be anything: a light snack from a sandwich with sausage, listening to your favorite song, five-minute entertainment (but no more!) For a computer game, cleaning the desk from unnecessary items. The main thing is to develop a habit. Then everything will turn out almost automatically. The head itself will get used for a while to be released from temptations which can prevent performance of work.

3. Keep a diary-library. Write down the title and the author of every book you read), and designate the date when you finished reading it. Write a few suggestions about this book, it will help you remember what it is about when it will be needed. Diary-library will save you from having to re-read the books that are in the program for different classes.

4. Do not wear make-up all the time. Firstly, you will not need to carry cosmetics all the time with you, secondly, you will save a lot of money, and, finally, thirdly, you will not be horrified if suddenly there is a need to go somewhere unpainted. There will be more time for make-up!

5. No need to do horrible piercings and tattoos.

6. Minimize the "communication" with each piece of paper. For example, if you received a letter from a friend, put it in the card file as soon as you read it. If you leave it lying on a table or on a nightstand, it will become part of a mess that you still have to struggle with, squandering your precious time. What for? Remove such things from your path as soon as they appear.

7. Do not be a prima donna. Use the same shampoo (pasta, meal for breakfast) as the rest of the family.

8. Read a book about etiquette. It is necessary to know what to do and what to say in certain cases, such as the death of a friend, a meeting with an important person, a presentation at the company where the father works, and other embarrassing situations. There are certain rules, and you do not have to half-think about what they are.

9. Use sunscreen.

10. Never give your address for promotional mailings only because it seems funny for you to fill out various forms and receive letters. You're wasting your money and a lot of time. Think of the ruined trees, of which paper is made! If you need to leave your address to make a purchase, ask the seller that your address is not brought to the computer and does not bother you with unnecessary advertising.

11. Learn to travel light, so that you can stand up and go as soon as possible to go. You can sleep in a T-shirt and borrow a shampoo where you decided to (a) stay. Another reason not to use makeup, girls!

12. Go in for sports that does not require complicated equipment, does not interfere with the daily routine and does not incur huge expenses. The same goes for normal physical exercises: do what you can do everywhere.

13. Watch TV, but do not depend on your favorite programs. It's silly to build your life around a series. Treat the TV the same way as to travel - at any moment sat down, looked, relaxed and enjoyed. All the same you will not reconsider everything.

14. Be realistic when it comes to timing. Do not give commitments that you can not fulfill. If you want to participate in something, but you are not sure how things will go, start with the trial period.

15. Use the waste basket and throw out all unnecessary. Put everything else in its place. If there is not a place for some thing, it is quite possible that you really do not need it.

16. Try not to wear all your books every day. Can you have two copies of the textbook for working in the classroom and at home? Can you negotiate with a neighbor on the desk to carry books in turns?

17. Learn how to cook simple things: porridge, eggs, pancakes, hamburgers. The more independent you are, the easier it will be for you to survive the "hard times".

18. Learn how to iron shirts, wash and sew on buttons.

19. Listen to music before buying a disc or cassette. Ask to put the disk you are interested in in the store, look at the samples on the Internet or try to catch the music on the radio. Most discs in the collection are not worth listening to more than once.

20. Learn to enjoy what does not belong to you. Do not litter your life with objects that require storage space and special care (even simple dust wiping) if you are not sure that you really want them and they will serve you for a long time. You can enjoy things from afar.

21. Meditate. Get a habit of spending a few seconds thinking about your plans for the day. What will you bring to perfection today? Who do you want to spend time with? What problems do you need to solve? Cleanse your mind, breathe in deeper and start a new day. Wherever you go, you'll get there faster with the map.

22. Meet a librarian. Ask if he (she) can tell you when the books of your beloved author come to the library.

23. Organize a training group to share new knowledge, sources of information and experience.

24. Create a network of messages between your friends. To report changes in the schedule, you do not need to call everyone. You call one person, he - the next, etc.

25. Get a scrapbook to stick memorable notes on it. You will be pleased to view them in the future, and this is another way to get rid of unnecessary things that are littering the house. Use one for each year of your life.

26. Do not borrow, and most importantly do not borrow money.

27. Eat vitamins.

28. Be a good person.
