We begin very standard - the fish needs to be washed, gutted, cut off its gills. Black films, which have a fish in their belly, are also better to remove. Dill wash, dry and finely chop. We rub the orange peel on the grater, squeeze the juice out of the orange. Mix the orange juice, zest and olive oil. We rub mackerel with salt and pepper, sprinkle well with dill. We wrap the mackerel in food film, pour orange sauce and put in the fridge marinate for 1-2 hours. Take a sheet of foil, put on it cherry tomatoes (whole) and a couple of slices of orange. On them we lay the marinated fish, and on top we put still a little bit of an orange. We wrap the foil. We put the fish in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes at 190 degrees. Done!
