- Champignons - 100 Grams
- Fresh thyme - 20 Grams
- Pine nuts - 50 Grams
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 3 items. spoons
- Wine vinegar - 1 st. a spoon
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
Champignons washed, dried with a paper napkin. Cut mushrooms into thin plates. Mix honey, olive oil, wine vinegar and salt. Pine nuts in a dry frying pan for a minute. On a salad dish beautifully lay slices of champignons, sprinkle with pine nuts. Top with honey dressing. It remains only to sprinkle the salad with fresh thyme leaves. Done! ;)
