- Cheese Philadelphia - 2 Art. spoons
- Vanilla sugar - 1 st. a spoon
The mango dessert is prepared as follows: 1. Dissolve sugar in boiling milk. Fill this mixture with couscous. 2. After 10 minutes, add the Philadelphia cheese to the mixture and mix everything to homogeneity. 3. Mango peel and grind in a blender to a consistency of mashed potatoes. A few mango leaves leave - we will decorate them. 4. In the glasses for dessert layers lay out the couscous and mango layer. We decorate with whole slices of mango. Done!
