Melt the butter and let the almonds pass through the meat grinder. Then mix the eggs with sugar and beat in a water bath until the consistency becomes thick. Before you finish the whipping, pour a thin stream of boiling water into the mass, slightly acidified with lemon juice. After this, remove the product from the "bath" and mix until completely cooled. After all has cooled down, enter flour and almonds, simultaneously pouring mass with melted butter. The finished dough is laid out on oiled paper lying on a baking sheet, and put in a well-heated oven for 40 minutes. After the mazurka has cooked, cool it and remove it from the pan. Cut in half, covering one part of the other, pre-laminated with marmalade. The prepared dish is poured with lemon icing, which solidifies, after which the mazurka is served to the table.
