Ingredients:

• Potatoes 8 pcs.
• Pork tenderloin 500 g
• Onion 2 pcs.
• Cheese hard 100 g
• Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l.
• Pepper black ground 1 pinch
• Salt 2 pinch

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare potatoes in French, we need potatoes, pork (it can be beef and chicken), hard cheese and a couple of spoons of mayonnaise.
• Step 2 Finely chop the meat and cut it off lightly.
• Step 3 2 large bulbs to peel and cut into rings.
• Step 4 Cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater.
