Here, actually, are our ingredients. Onion and garlic finely chopped, leave the whole pepper. We put in the frying pan the shrimp shell (let's leave the meat aside), onion, garlic, ginger and pepper. Stew about 10 minutes on low heat. Then add chicken broth and simmer for another 15 minutes on low heat. Tomatoes are peeled and cut into small cubes. Strain our soup. We keep the broth - it's what we need, but we can throw away the vegetables and shells - they have done their work. We put the shrimp broth on the fire, add the diced tomatoes into it and simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add coconut milk to the soup. After him we put shrimp in the soup and pour the lemon juice. We cook for about 5 minutes, then remove it from the fire. Serve, of course, hot. Bon Appetit!
