1. Cut the beef into small strips. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut into strips. Finely chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic. Blast the cube in a saucer. 2. Preheat 1 tbsp. olive oil on maximum heat. Add the chopped beef into a frying pan and fry over the maximum heat for 3 minutes until the meat is well browned. Turn during frying. Sprinkle the bouillon cubes evenly with all the meat and fry, often turning, for another 30 seconds. 3. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan, twist the fire to medium. Add chopped peppers and onions, and fry for 4 minutes. 4. Add the string beans, garlic, chili, red wine and ground ginger in a frying pan and fry for 2 more minutes, stirring constantly. Add the tomatoes, red wine and garlic and fry another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. To put on the table.
