My apples, peeled, cut into thin plates and fried in olive oil. Add the chopped nuts into the pan, lightly fry, remove from heat. We leave to cool. We spread on the dish washed, drained and hand-picked lettuce leaves. Spread on the salad sliced on the wedges of figs. Add the apple slices, nuts and goat cheese cut into small cubes. Pour the salad with a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil and sugar. Salad ready!
