- Peaches - 6 pieces
- Blackberry - 1 Piece
- Sand sugar - 2/3 Glass (1/3 - in the filling, 1/3 - in the sprinkler)
- Corn starch - 3 teaspoons
- Butter - 10 Art. spoons (2 - in the filling, 8 - in the sprinkler)
- Flour - 3/4 Glass
- Brown sugar - 1/4 Cups
- Cookies crushed - 1 Glass
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
Peaches mine, remove the stone, cut into cubes about 1 cm. Wash the blackberries and mix them with sliced peaches. We fall asleep berries with starch and sugar (1/3 glass). We mix well and set aside. In the food processor, until smoothness, we mix the flour, brown sugar, sugar, cookies and cinnamon. Add the diced butter to the cubes. Once again, stir to a consistency that can be compared to wet sand. The resulting mass, like sand, should be well molded to each other, however, there should not be large pieces in it. Carefully shift the berries in small jars or suitable baking molds. In each jar we put on a piece of butter. From above we cover the fruit filling prepared by us. Bake in a preheated to 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Dessert of peaches and blackberries is ready. Serve warm. Pleasant! :)
