If you look at old Soviet films or remember the not-so-distant Soviet past, with radio talking practically in every kitchen of the country, it comes to mind how each morning began with morning exercises, which are now forgotten by many, and many have been replaced by regular visits to fitness- clubs.

However, fitness fitness, and warm up in the morning is very useful. Morning exercise allows us not only to wake up sooner, it allows you to tone up the whole body as a whole and charge it with energy for the whole day. Morning exercises help the body "get", because the human body is a very complex mechanism that needs the right attitude. Only in this case the child will learn to wake up at a certain time, then, respectively, and fall asleep on time. Accustoming the baby to certain rules of early years, parents thereby not only affect his physical development, but also his perception of certain rules, which in time will be more and more. It does not matter in principle how these similar workouts will proceed. Whether this is a certain set of exercises taken from a sport or whether it will be just an elementary set of slopes, jumps and squats performed by the mother or dad to your favorite song is not so important. The main thing is for the child to attract the used exercises, so that he wants to do just that, otherwise he will simply be distracted by what is more interesting to him at the moment and will not pay attention to what is being offered to him.

In addition to all the above pluses of morning exercises with the child, I would like to note that such activities, having become a habit, will further influence the character of the growing little man. They will allow him to become more persistent, will be the example that will indicate that it is worthwhile to make certain efforts to achieve certain goals. The child will grow up with the notion that there are things that you just need to do, for example, brush your teeth, watch your hygiene, look and do exercises in order to be strong and healthy.
