- small potatoes - 1 Kilogram
- vegetable oil for frying - 1 piece
- salt - 1 piece (to taste)
Wash the potatoes with a brush. In the saucepan boil the water, add salt. pour in the potatoes and cook until done. Let the potatoes cool down. Make a circular incision from one top, marking the future mushroom head. Then cut the leg. In the saucepan, heat the vegetable oil. Fry the mushrooms in small portions until golden brown. Can be served to the table.
