- Potatoes - 600 Grams
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Beets - 300 Grams
- Cream 10-11% - 200 Milliliters
Potatoes are cleaned and boiled in salted water until cooked. Beetroot is cooked in a separate saucepan. Hot potatoes, until it has cooled down, is purried or passed through a meat grinder. We pour warmed cream into mashed potatoes, mix. The boiled beets are ground using a blender with a small amount of cream. We connect mashed potatoes with beetroot. We serve warm with a small piece of butter. Bon Appetit! :)
