- Herring - 1 Piece (slightly salted, one fillet without skin and bones)
- Apple - 1 Piece (sweet and sour, average)
- Red onion - 0,25 Pieces (small onion)
- Cranberries - 0.25 cups (fresh or freshly frozen, + several berries for decoration)
- Yoghurt - 1 Art. spoon (natural, no additives)
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1,5 teaspoons
- Dill - 1 piece (for decoration, twig)
Cut the herring fillets and onion into small cubes. Apple cleanse, remove the center. Half the apple cut, add cranberries. Grind with a blender. Add a few drops of lemon juice, yogurt, sugar, whisk blender until smooth. The remaining half of the apple cut into small cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice. In the glasses we lay out layers: herring with onions, apple, apple-cranberry mousse. We adorn the cranberry with berries and dill. Bon Appetit!
