1. Cut the onions into half-rings about 6 mm in thickness. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Add onion, salt and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the onion begins to acquire a brown color. Reduce the heat to a weak and fry, stirring until the onion is tender and golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Add the thyme in the last few minutes of cooking and stir. 2. Meanwhile warm up the middle pan on high heat for 5 minutes. Spread copiously with beef steak salt and pepper, put it in a frying pan. Cook for 6 minutes. Then turn and fry on the other side for 3-5 minutes (depending on what kind of roast meat you want to get). 3. Put the steak on a plate, cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut the meat thinly across the fibers. To prepare the sauce, whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl. Lubricate the sandwich buns with cooked sauce, lay the beef, fried onions and arugula. Immediately submit.
