I myself suffer from this ailment, so I advise you more often to eat okrushka with radish;) I'll tell you how to prepare okroshka with radish: 1. Wash the potatoes, but do not clean, boil in a uniform and cool. Then it will be necessary to peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. 2. Eggs also boil, you can, together with potatoes - so much more convenient. Cool, clean and grind. 3. Boiled beef should also be finely chopped. 4. Rinse cucumber, peel and cut into small cubes. 5. Clean the radish and grate it on a fine grater. You can sprinkle with lemon juice. So it will not feel bitter. 6. Chop the green onions. 7. Mix all the finished ingredients in a deep saucepan, season with salt. Fill with kefir (or kvass). Pour out okroshka with radish on plates, you can sprinkle with dill. Bon Appetit! ;)
