Salad with pomelo If your fridge has a variety of fruits, try to prepare a fruit salad with natural yogurt and walnuts. In my version of the fruit laid out in layers and alternately filled with yogurt, the most juicy - citrus I placed on top, so that under the pressure of the rest they do not allocate juice.
Ingredients:- Pomelo 0.5 pcs.
- Tangerines 1 pc.
- Bananas 1 pc.
- Kiwi 1 pc.
- Apple 0.5 pcs.
- Yoghurt 50 ml
- Walnut 30 g
- Step 1 To make a fruit salad you will need: pomelo, mandarin, apple, banana, kiwi, natural yogurt and walnuts.
- Step 2 Apple peel, remove the core, cut into quarters, and then slices.
- Step 3 Kiwi clean and cut into thin circles.
- Step 4 Cut the banana in circles.
- Step 5 Pomelo cleaned of films and disassembled into small pieces.
- Step 6 We start to spread the fruit salad: we put apples down.
- Step 7 Sprinkle with yoghurt.
- Step 8 Then lay out the kiwi.
- Step 9 Just yogurt.
- Step 10 Next, lay out the bananas.
- Step 11 Sprinkle them with yogurt.
- Step 12 We peel the Mandarins from the peel, divide into slices and lay out the next layer.
- Step 13 On top of a little yogurt.
- Step 14 The last layer of fruit - pomelo, as it does not dry out and does not change color, like the rest of the salad.
- Step 15 On top, put a spoonful of yogurt and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
