We clean onions. Finely chop and fry in vegetable oil. Sift the flour through a sieve directly into a frying pan. Cook for 4 minutes periodically stirring. Salt. Add the finely chopped garlic and pour the broth. Cook for about 15 minutes. The soup should turn out thick. Leave for 5 minutes on the side. Split into small cups and serve. In each serving, add grated cheese and finely chopped greens.
