Smart plov This recipe was taught to me by a friend, and her in turn is mother-in-law. Plov is very tasty and colorful. He immediately "caught on" on our table. You can use both fresh and canned peas and corn, I also used ready-made vegetable mixes that are sold in supermarkets. Everything is equally delicious. Try and you!

- Peas frozen 100 g
- Corn frozen 100 g

- Salt extra 1 pinch
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Step 1 To make the Pakistani pilaf, take rice, chicken fillet, peas, corn, carrots, onions, water, salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 2 Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, onions and carrots - small cubes.
- Step 3 In a small amount of sunflower oil we pass onions.
- Step 4 Add the chicken fillet and fry it.
- Step 5 Pour the carrots.
- Step 6 Add corn and peas, fry literally for 1 minute and pour out the washed rice.
- Step 7 Fill with water so that it covers the rice by 0.5 cm, add salt and pepper to taste. Turn on the heat to the maximum and cook until the surface of rice will not appear pits from the boiled water.
