Onions and garlic are cleaned and cut into cubes, pour the vegetable oil into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Add onion and garlic and pass until transparent 2 min. There we put washed, cut into 4 parts, peeled tomatoes, pour in meat broth. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables until ready. After that, let the soup pass through a sieve and pour into a saucepan. Starch is bred in slightly warmed cream and injected into soup. Add the dried basil. Soup cook for 2-3 minutes. In the end, to taste, fill with salt, hot pepper. We pour the soup on plates and decorate with green onion feathers.
