Mix in a large bowl of flour, sugar, salt and powder for baking. Melt the margarine in the microwave oven (enough for 30 seconds). Smash the egg in a small bowl and mix with milk, melted margarine and vanilla. Make a groove in the middle of the flour mix and pour the contents of a small bowl. Stir well. Heat the oil in a frying pan at medium temperature. Scoop up the dough with a ladle and fill it with a hot frying pan. Pancake the pancakes on one side until the bubbles appear, then turn the pancake over. Lay the pancakes on a plate and decorate with pieces of banana and berries. Bon Appetit!
