Oatmeal smoothies with berries Everyone probably already knows what smoothies are - a cocktail of fruits with the addition of ice or milk. Smoothies can perfectly replace breakfast or serve as a healthy cocktail for a mid-morning snack! Adding a little ice, you will get a summer refreshing cocktail. Be careful when mixing ingredients: acidic fruit such as pineapple or orange is better not to mix with milk, but to prepare smoothies with ice. The first fresh strawberry began to appear, and I could not resist the temptation! Well, where to apply it? Of course for smoothies! The combination of strawberries with a banana since childhood was one of my favorites, but to make this smoothie a healthy and energetic breakfast, add oat flakes and honey! Have a nice start to the day!
Ingredients:- Milk 200 ml
- Strawberry 120 g
- Bananas 1 pc.
- Oat flakes 0.2 tbsp.
- Gold syrup 60 ml
- Honey 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 So, you need a little milk, a strawberry, a banana, a couple of handfuls of large oatmeal, honey and golden syrup.
- Step 2 First, heat the golden syrup in a non-stick frying pan and bring to a boil.
- Step 3 Add the oat flakes and fry for a few minutes.
- Step 4 Cut the fruit into small pieces.
- Step 5 In the glass from the combine pour the milk and add all the ingredients, add also a tablespoon of honey.
- Step 6 Whisk everything at high speed until smooth. Flakes should not turn into dust, but should remain small pieces.
- Step 7 Pour into glasses and serve immediately. It turns out one big glass, or 2 small glasses.
