Perhaps, that is why a dessert salad made of pineapple and banana belongs to Greek cuisine, which is famous for its abundance of hearty dishes. It is simple at first glance, a combination of fruits, perhaps it is thanks to cinnamon that acquires sophistication and unites all tastes into a harmonious dish. According to the recipe, pineapple should be fresh, but I replaced it with canned and the result was satisfied. Another advantage of this dessert is its simplicity, thus it is very suitable for sudden guests.
Ingredients:- Pineapple canned 1 can
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Dark raisins 2 handfuls
- Sugar powder 1 tbsp. l.
- Cinnamon ground 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 To make a fruit salad you need: bananas, pineapples, raisins, lemon juice, powdered sugar and cinnamon.
- Step 2 Cut the bananas into circles, spread out on plates and sprinkle with lemon juice. If the number of guests is unknown, prepare the salad in one bowl, so it will be easier to cool it.
- Step 3 Raisins wash in warm water and dry on a towel. Sprinkle bananas on top.
- Step 4 In the center of the plate lay a pineapple slice, cut into small pieces.
- Step 5 Sprinkle the salad with sugar powder.
- Step 6 Then ground cinnamon. It is recommended to cool this salad before serving.
