- oil - 1 st. a spoon
- eggs - 2 pieces
- sausage - 50 grams
- salt - 1 pinch
Slice the sausage with a mug of no more than 3 mm. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add a couple of eggs (try not to damage the yolks), top with sausage, season with salt and cover. Cooking in 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Have a nice breakfast!
