Pork pancakes One of my favorite dishes in a hurry! Very helpful, when you need to cook quickly and tasty something for lunch, such pancakes can be served as a snack or as a second course to a garnish. Meat pancakes are good as hot, and already cooled. I do not advise you to substitute pork for other meat! In general, I highly recommend, delicacy!
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 400g
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Potato starch 4 tbsp. l.
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Sunflower refined oil 150 ml
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 To prepare pancake pancakes, we need pork flesh, potato starch, eggs, onions, mayonnaise, salt, black ground pepper, refined sunflower oil.
- Step 2 Cut the pork very finely. But do not twist it through a meat grinder, do not grind it in a combine, namely cut it, and as finely as possible!
- Step 3 Onions are cleaned and cut also finely. Add the onion to the meat, drive in two chicken eggs.
- Step 4 Pour the potato starch.
- Step 5 Stir, salt and pepper.
- Step 6 Mix again. Give the meat "test" for 5 minutes to stand, stir it and proceed to the frying.
- Step 7 Fry on the hot sunflower oil on both sides like regular pancakes.
- Step 8 We serve hot or cold on a snack or as a second dish to a garnish.
