Pork baked with apples and onions Recipe for those who like to experiment. A solid, hearty piece of meat with slices of baked apples and fried onions, with a light aroma of white wine and a cheese-and-dried beanbag. Together with the slices of apples, you can put in the form and plates of raw mushrooms, if any. Add spices to taste. Good fit black pepper, a mixture of peppers freshly ground, a mixture of Italian or French herbs.
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 400g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 3 pinch
- Parsley fresh 40 g
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. l.
- Wine white dry 100 ml
- Onions 1 pc.
- Apple 3 pcs.
- Butter 10 g
- Step 1 Prepare clean meat, cut into 4 slices, apples, greens, onions, wine, biscuits and cheese.
- Step 2 Fry the meat on both sides until golden brown, set aside.
- Step 3 2 rinse the apple, cut into slices, removing the core. Put into a baking dish, greased with butter. Lightly add.
- Step 4 On top of the apples lay onions, peeled, cut into half rings and fried on the remaining fat from the meat.
- Step 5 Put on the onions slices of meat. Sprinkle a little, add the spices to taste, pour the wine into the form, cover with a foil or lid and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 ° C.
- Step 6 Rinse the remaining apple, remove the core, coarsely chop it and, together with the greens, grind it into paste using a paddle. Add biscuits, grated cheese, much salt. Mix.
- Step 7 Put the resulting mixture on top of the meat, smoothen and another 10 minutes to put in the oven without the foil.
- Step 8 Serve preferably in a hot form.
