Ingredients:- Garlic 2 pcs.
- Fresh dill 25 g
- Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Tomato juice 1 tbsp
- Sour cream 1 tbsp
- Cream 100 ml
- Pork pulp 500g
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Walnut 1 st
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Potato starch 1 tbsp. l.
- Cilantro fresh 25 g
- Water 50 ml
- Step 1 Cut the fillets into thin steaks. Sprinkle them with a little black pepper and cut into strips about 1-2 cm thick.
- Step 2 Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce. Mix in one bowl greens, garlic, nuts, pour in tomato sauce and add salt. All this through the meat grinder.
- Step 3 Cut the onion into thin half rings. Starch is dissolved in water.
- Step 4 Heat the deep frying pan and oil over high heat. When the frying pan warms up well, lay the meat on it until it turns golden.
- Step 5 Add the onion. And fry all together until the onion is soft.
- Step 6 Add the tomato sauce to the pan, reduce the heat, and leave to stew for about 10 minutes.
- Step 7 Meanwhile, heat the cream in a small saucepan over a low heat, add starch with water to it. Keep stirring until the starch dissolves. After a couple of minutes add the sour cream.
- Step 8 Remove the cream from the fire and pour it on the meat. Stir the mixture for another 10 minutes.
