Everything will be in chocolate! Fondue is a Swiss dish, which is cooked on an open fire in a special ceramic dish. In translation from the French "fondue" means - "melted". There are several types of fondue. Today we will cook chocolate. About chocolate it is possible to speak for a long time as about the favorite delicacy of mankind. Chocolate is a hormone of happiness and a source of inspiration, acts as an aphrodisiac and heals wounds. Chocolate was invented for the food of kings in ancient times, and for several centuries has been marching around the world with a triumphant. A tile of chocolate has now become available to everyone. Fondue is always used in a friendly company. The most ordinary fruits, bathed in chocolate, become refined and unique to taste. Spices with oriental aromas and a few drops of cognac, wine, liqueur or rum (for every taste) will make your fondue unique! Ingredients:- Milk chocolate 200 g
- Apple 4 pcs.
- Strawberry 500 g
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Dried figs 100 g
- Marshmallow 100 g
- Beiliss 20 ml
- Nutmeg Ground 10g
- Cinnamon powder 10 g
- Cream 200 ml
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Step 1 We need: chocolate (milk, black or white - choose any, the main rule - no stuffing) cream, bailis, ground spices. Of course, you need a fondue. Fruits choose according to taste and season. From sweets, you can recommend marshmallows and dried figs.
- Step 2 Melt two chocolate bars in a saucepan in a water bath.
- Step 3 Add cream, ground cinnamon and nutmeg to it.
- Step 4 Put again in a water bath and stir all the time until a uniform mass is formed.
- In the meantime, prepare fruit and sweets. Beautifully different shapes cut apples, bananas, strawberries. Fruits must be sprinkled with lemon juice so that they do not darken and have a piquant taste. Cut the strips of figs, marshmallows.
- Step 6 When the chocolate mass is ready, add the liqueur into it, mix it well and pour it into the fondue.
- Step 7 Light the fire in the fondue so that the chocolate remains hot and invite guests to the table. Cautiously, hotly! - Watch the fire under the container with the chocolate. Well, of course, do not get carried away: it's hard to name a more calorie dish than a chocolate fondue!
