But at the same time, on the shelves of shops this fish is always available and, if you believe the sellers, it comes to our region not frozen, but chilled. And then the question arises, but how to check it? Remember that the chilled red fish does not have a sharp odor, and its meat is of a dense consistency. Ingredients:- Salmon fillet 300 g
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Spaghetti 200 g
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Pepper red ground 0.25 g
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Wine white dry 70 ml
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To make such a paste, take: fresh red fish, spaghetti, lemon, parsley, garlic, white dry wine, parsley, red and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 In the bowl, mix the white dry wine, olive oil, red ground pepper. Squeeze the garlic and mix.
- Step 3 Cut the lemon into thin slices.
- Step 4 Cover the form with parchment paper. At the bottom lay the lemon slices, put the fish on top, after removing the bones and skin from it. Salt and pepper.
- Step 5 Put the lemon on the fish and pour the dressing.
- Step 6 Cover the form with fish with parchment paper to make an envelope. In this form, bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.
- Step 7 Finely chop the parsley with a knife.
- Step 8 10 minutes before the fish is ready, put the spaghetti in salted water. Paste the pasta to the state of al dente, according to the instructions on the package.
