1. Clean the artichokes from the outer leaves. 2. Cut off the top of the artichoke (a few centimeters) with a sharp knife. 3. Use the spoon to select the inner leaves of the artichoke (see the picture). 4. Remove the green cropped leaves from the top of the artichoke (they are tasteless!). 5. Cut the artichoke across into two halves. 6. Place the purified artichokes in ice water with lemon juice - this will preserve the color of the vegetable (otherwise it will turn brown). Boil the water, salt it and add the artichokes chosen from the ice water. Cook for 10 minutes, then choose from water, dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 7. Roast the cooked artichokes on the grill on both sides (2-3 minutes each side). 8. Cut the artichoke into convenient pieces. The dish is ready! Pleasant!
