- Pasta - 500 Grams (spaghetti or fettuccini)
- Parsley fresh - 100 Grams
- Parmesan Grated - 50 Grams
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1/2 cup
Fresh parsley, Parmesan, garlic and salt is added to the bowl of the blender. Grind to the consistency of a homogeneous dry crumb. We add olive oil and lemon juice to the resulting crumb. Beat again - it turns pesto (for consistency something akin ajike). This is what pesto looks like. Pasta is cooked until ready as indicated on the package. Mix in a saucepan cooked until cooked pasta, pesto and a little water, which was cooked pasta. Stir and warm the dish for 1 minute until the ingredients are mixed. When paste and pesto are mixed - remove from heat and immediately serve. Bon Appetit!
