These are our ingredients. We are engaged in ingredients - finely chopped fennel, chilli pepper and garlic. Kalmar also cut into small pieces - as in the photo. In a frying pan, we warm up the olive oil. We throw there fennel, fennel seeds and garlic. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring. In parallel, we start to cook spaghetti. Add the wine, chili and squid to the frying pan. Add the spices and stew until the liquid evaporates almost completely. When the spaghetti is ready al dente (cooked but not boiled) - mix them with the resulting sauce, pour olive sauce and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Good appetite! :)
