Separate the proteins from the yolks. Whisk yolks with a half of sugar until a uniform consistency is formed. To the whipped yolks, add cottage cheese. I added soft curd (you know, it's sold in a bucket, creamy consistency), but you can add ordinary cottage cheese - it will almost exactly the same. Again again whisk. Add the butter, whisk again. Add the mango, whisk with a mixer and leave for half an hour at room temperature to swell the mass. Whisk the whites with the remaining half of the sugar in a separate bowl. Beat the beaten proteins in the dough, gently stir with a spoon. We shift the resulting dough into a baking dish, greased with butter. We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes, after which we take out the casserole, cover with a towel and leave to cool for another 20-30 minutes. After this time, the cooled casserole can be served to the table. Bon Appetit!
