Then we beat off the resulting flat piece, so that it becomes a little more even. Shredded stuffing put on meat, leveled throughout the piece. 4. Fold the meat in the form of a roll. We tie with cotton thick thread. Put it in the baking dish. Then it should be covered with foil and put in a preheated oven. 5. Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Then open the foil and 5-10 minutes give the meat to brown. 6. After removing the thread, cut into pieces of meat, a thickness of about 1.5-2cm.
