Cool the oil and chop it with a knife, then mix it with flour and sugar, so that the mass looks like crumbs. Add water to it, then mix the dough, from which it is necessary to form a ball, and then wrap it in a food film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. Once the dough has cooled, roll a layer about 3 mm thick and put it into a mold with a diameter of 20-22 cm. Make the edges along the edges. The dough on the bottom is pierced with a fork and covered with parchment. Dried peas are poured into the mold and the cake is baked at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. After that, peas with paper are removed, and the cake is cooled. Cheese wrapped in a towel and squeezed. Mixed with honey, starch and sugar, zest is added. Bake a pie with a filling of 50 minutes at 175 ° C.
