The peculiarity of this pie lies in the fact that it consists of two types of dough: a denser dough laid down, and a liquid (in consistency as a dough for pancakes), which is filled in the filling. By the way, about stuffing. The filling can be absolutely any! I usually bake with chicken, garlic and onion, and the onion is 2 times larger than the chicken. The only condition for it, it should give juice to soak the bottom layer - otherwise the pie will turn dry.
Ingredients:- Eggs chicken 1 pc.

- Salt 1 pinch
- Wheat flour 12 tbsp. l.
- Kefir 100 ml
