You can decorate the Ananda cake with a special cream of cocoa, coffee, chicory, chocolate or carob, dissolved in a small amount of condensed milk. Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 500 g
- Sugar 150g
- Butter 200 g
- Kefir 100 ml

- Vanillin 5 g

- Sour cream 500 g

- Step 1 To prepare the pie, you will need butter, kefir, sugar, flour, salt, soda and vanillin.

- Step 3 Melt the butter and mix it with sugar, salt and vanilla.
- Step 4 Add the flour and mix all the ingredients well. Then add kefir and soda.
- Step 5 Knead the dough. The dough should be elastic enough and elastic enough to roll out the cake, if necessary, you can add flour. Roll the dough into a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 6 Mix sour cream with condensed milk (leave 2 tablespoons condensed milk to decorate), add vanillin and mix, but do not whisk.
