Ingredients: Mix all the ingredients for the dough, knead it well, wrap it in a plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. Pour 250 ml into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Cook the rice in the milk for about 18-20 minutes. Add some sugar. Fill the milk as it absorbs / boils. In the end, rice should be absolutely dry. Beat egg yolks and mix with vanilla sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and zest, add to taste, mix thoroughly. Roll out the dough in the shape of a pie. Lay the dressing over the base. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
