Snack cake "Mimosa" This pie is from a series of eateries. It can be eaten with first and second courses instead of bread, as well as with tea, coffee, juice. The filling of boiled eggs and spinach is bright, yellow-green very much like a mimosa. Hence its name. The cake is baked from a puffed yeast dough. I had it ready from the store. Of course, it is better to cook by yourself, if there is time and skill. At me the express variant, prepares quickly and simply without special затей, but nevertheless is beautiful and tasty. Separately, I want to say about spinach. Until very recently very few people knew in our post-Soviet space about this green leafy vegetable. Of course, he is not as popular as here in Europe yet, but acquaintance with him has already taken place and now there are more and more dishes with him. Spinach is extremely useful. In it there are proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Weight of vitamins: A, E, C, PP, K. And also phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper and selenium. Spinach helps the assimilation of meat, fish and other foods containing protein. There are very few calories in it, so everyone who cares for a figure can eat it. But as with all products with him, too, you need to know the extent, the excess of oxalic acid is not useful to everyone. I love this vegetable in dishes also because during cooking it almost does not change its bright, green color, which gives the food a beautiful and spectacular look.
Ingredients:- Dough puff yeast 500 g

- Step 1 To make this pie, you will need eggs and spinach for the filling. I have spinach frozen, but of course it's good to put it and fresh. The dough needs puff yeast.
