1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the cooled butter cubes. In a food processor combine wheat flour, flour, baking powder, brown sugar and salt. Stir the ingredients for a few seconds. Add the butter. Beat until mixture is like large crumbs. If you do not have a food processor, you can mix the dough by hand to the consistency of crumbs. 2. Put the dough in a large bowl. Add cream, lightly beaten egg, honey and vanilla extract. Knead the dough in a bowl. 3. Add the frozen blackberries and continue kneading the dough with your hands. The more blackberries you add, the more vivid the purple cake you get in the end. Frozen blackberries are used in the dough to keep their original shape at the end of the preparation, and not to mix with the dough to a homogeneous mass. 4. On the floured surface, roll the dough into a circle of 2.5 cm thick. Cut the circle into eight equal parts. 5. Put slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for about 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. 6. Put on the grill and allow to cool.
