It is prepared from a pancake batter and baked in the oven. The options for performing and serving are limited only by your imagination. Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 150 g
- Milk 250 ml
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sunflower unrefined oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Bananas 1 pc.

- Curd 150g
- Step 1 For the preparation of pancakes, we need flour, sugar, eggs, salt, mayonnaise, milk, vegetable oil, cottage cheese, vanillin, bananas.

- Step 7 Put into the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 20-25 minutes. Dough will be raised by huge bubbles, but when removed from the oven, they quickly fall off. Bake until golden brown.
- Step 8 Put in the blender cottage cheese, vanillin, banana, sugar.
- Step 9 Mix everything to a uniform, thick mass at maximum speed. If the mass is too dry, you can add 1 tbsp. l. sour cream or cream.
- Step 10 Put the finished pancake on the board, cool a bit and carefully remove the paper.
- Step 11 Distribute the curd filling on the entire surface of the pancake and roll up the roll.
- Step 12 Cut the roll into slices and serve it on the table. You can pour any syrup.
