To do this in a pan in turn, add: 2 h spoons of water, sugar, cinnamon, black pepper, anise. We mix everything up thoroughly. Then add a tablespoon of hot water and ginger. Once again, stir everything warmed up on the lowest heat. Next, put the pineapple rings in a baking dish, pour over the caramel and send it to bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. After it took 15-20 minutes to get pineapples, turn them over, water caramel and again we send it to the oven for 15-20 minutes.
