- Frozen vegetables (assorted) - 400 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
- Brown sugar - 2 items. spoons
- Ketchup - 1 st. a spoon
- Soy sauce - 1 st. a spoon
- Rice vinegar - 1/2 st. spoons
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1.5 teaspoons
- Ground ginger - 1/8 Teaspoons
Prepare the sauce by mixing the sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, water, starch and ginger to a homogeneous state. If you have time, then frozen vegetables first throw in a colander and let them thaw, get rid of excess moisture. If in a hurry, then skip this step. In a frying pan, we heat the oil, and fry the minced garlic for medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes. We put vegetables in a frying pan, fry until soft. When the vegetables become soft, add the sauce. Fry the vegetables in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. We remove from the fire and serve. Bon Appetit!
