Chicken cutlets with beetroot beets were grown in ancient Egypt, and Hippocrates mentioned her useful properties in her works. What is it so useful? It removes excess fluid from the body, kills bacteria, has anti-carcinogenic properties, stimulates the formation of red blood cells. Among other things it is also very tasty, gives a special taste to each dish. Adding beets to chicken cutlets makes them very juicy, tender and beautiful.
Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 250g
- Beets 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Salt 3 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 30 ml
- Black pepper powder 1 g
- Water 100 ml
- Table vinegar 5 ml
- Step 1 To prepare cutlets, we will need chicken fillet, boiled beets, egg, garlic, sunflower oil, salt, pepper.
- Step 2 Grind the crust with a blender together with garlic. Add the egg, salt, pepper. Mix well.
- Step 3 Add the beets, which are pre-grated on a shallow grater.
- Step 4 Grind everything well with a blender.
- Step 5 Collect the cutlet mass with a tablespoon and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side on medium heat.
- Step 6 Pour the cutlets with water and vinegar and pour under the lid on a small fire for 4-5 minutes.
- Step 7 Serve with fresh vegetables.
