Cheese pizza - one of the most loved in our family. The combination of five delicious popular cheeses - dor blu with blue mold, brie with a soft white crust of mold, noble parmesan, English cheddar and creamy Russian semisolid cheese - makes pizza very fragrant, delicate, saturated with multifaceted flavored cheese tones. By the way, cheese pizza can be cooked in two ways - without sauce, just watering the dough with olive oil, and with tomato sauce (this option I like more). Cheese lovers will appreciate this pizza!

- Step 1 To prepare the pizza "Five Cheeses" we need yeast dough for pizza, tomato sauce, olive oil, black freshly ground pepper, brie cheese, dor blu cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, Russian cheese.

- Step 3 To prepare the tomato sauce we need a dry basil, fresh tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt and sugar.
- Step 4 With the tomato, remove the cuticle, previously cutting out the stems. If the peel is removed badly, then you need to beat them with boiling water! The toothpick of garlic is cleaned and crushed.
- Step 5 We cut the tomatoes into slices and pee in the blender bowl.
- Step 6 We pour olive oil on the frying pan, put it on the fire when the oil gets warm enough - throw garlic in it for a couple of seconds, then add tomato puree, add salt, sugar, dry basil and evaporate over medium heat.
- Step 7 The sauce should be of medium density. Let the sauce completely cool down, once again whisk in a blender (along with garlic) and you can start cooking pizza.
- Step 8 Prepare cheese - brie cut into thin slabs as possible, dub blu cubes, cheddar with large plates (to avoid the cheese sticking to the knife, it should be periodically moistened with water and wiped dry with a towel), Russian cheese rubbed on a coarse grater, and parmesan - on a shallow .
- Step 9 The dough is stretched into a layer 24-26 cm in diameter.
- Step 10 Generously grease the dough with a cooled tomato sauce.
- Step 11 Put first the cheese brie.
- Step 12 Between the plates of brie we lay out the blocks of dor blu.
- Step 13 Sprinkle half the parmesan cheese.
- Step 14 Lay out the cheddar throughout the pizza area.
- Step 15 We spread all the grated Russian cheese.
